Returns and Refunds

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in its intact original packaging.

Please make sure to contact us prior to shipping your product back to us, simply send us an email to lunav0809@bluenode.cc. Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to the card used for the purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.
